IPTelProIPTelPro is a media player. It does not provide, sell, host, or distribute television channels or media content.
Data we collect
For device activation, licensing, security, pairing, and support, IPTelPro may collect a generated Device ID, device MAC address, manufacturer, model, operating-system version, app version, package name, device name, account association, and playlist type or portal configuration saved through the IPTelPro service.
Playlist credentials and playback
Playlist URLs, Stalker MAC information, and Xtream credentials are used to connect to services selected by the user. Playback requests may be sent directly from the app to those third-party services. Their processing is governed by their own privacy terms. IPTelPro does not sell user data.
Purpose and legal basis
Data is processed to provide app functionality, activate licenses, pair devices, maintain security, prevent abuse, deliver updates, and respond to support requests.
Security and retention
Communication with IPTelPro services uses HTTPS. Data is retained only while needed for the service, legal obligations, security, or dispute resolution. Backup copies are removed within 90 days after an approved deletion request.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, deletion of a device’s data, or deletion of your account. See Account and data deletion or contact info@iptelpro.app.

IPTelPro is not directed to children under 13.
